Chaminade University of Honolulu's School Certifying Officials, under the guidance of the Department of Veterans Affairs, will certify enrollment for all students eligible to receive educational benefits under Chapters 30, 31, 33 and 35 of Title 38, U.S.C. and Chapters 1606 & 1607 of Title 10, U.S. C. To request enrollment certification, VA students must submit the Request for VA Certification form for each term that the student is enrolled in and using their education benefit.

Chaminade University requires that Veterans and other students eligible for VA benefits provide transcripts of all previous education and training, including military training. Chaminade will evaluate all prior education and training and provide the student with the results of the evaluation, with the degree or certificate program shortened accordingly based on the number and type of credits granted."

All eligible programs that are currently approved by the VA, can be found online by referencing WEAMS for the state of Hawaii. As a private institution, our annual cap set by the VA is set at $28,937.09 for 2024-2025.
