Environmental + Interior Design Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the undergraduate A.A. program in Environmental + Interior Design, students will be able to:
Explore and apply the design process using problem-process-purpose strategies.
Define and apply principles of design in order to synthesize and justify design solutions.
Communicate design concepts, design solutions, and problem-solving rationales through written, oral, and visual media.
Adapt and prioritize decision-making processes as a method of navigation through constructive critique and changing evidence for best practices in design.
Articulate the social and ethical dimensions of service, justice and peace through design interventions.
