Intent to Return

Students must apply as a returning student if they have the following:

• Have not been in attendance for two (2) or more consecutive semesters (not including summer)

• Took classes when previously enrolled at Chaminade

• Did not take an official Leave of Absence (LOA)

The Returning Student Application is available through the Office of Admissions.

Applicants for re-admission must submit transcript(s) from all post-secondary institution(s) taken during their break of enrollment from Chaminade.

Returning student applications will be reviewed by the Office of Admissions and the Office of Student Success.
