School Psychology Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program in School Psychology, students will be able to:
Implement a variety of cognitive, behavioral, and personality assessments and methods that enable them to develop expertise in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
Demonstrate the skills associated with a wide range of research-based academic, behavior, and psychological interventions to promote academic and social-emotional performance.
Acquire culturally-competent knowledge that facilitates the development of skills to work with students and families from diverse groups with a focus on social justice.
Develop, implement, and evaluate school-based interventions and programs.
Promote systemic change that improves services for children and youth in school settings.
