Policy Design and Implementation

This course explores the theory and practice of policy design and implementation in complex
organizations. Students examine the policy cycle, stakeholder engagement, and leadership strategies to
influence policy outcomes. Emphasis is placed on developing and implementing actionable policies that
drive systemic change and support organizational effectiveness in diverse settings.
