Ethics of Leadership

Students explore the relationship between ethics and leadership in a variety of settings, within the context of an ecumenical and inter-religious dialogue. Special attention will be given to moral development theories, value conflicts and diversity, and servant leadership as a model for contemporary leadership. The goals include assisting students in their study and understanding of the personal and social dimensions of ethical perspectives and learning effective methods for dealing with relevant ethical issues within leadership studies. Offered annually.

Prerequisite: RE 103, RE 205, or RE 211.
