Program Description
The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) track prepares the student to become an advanced practice nurse prepared to provide comprehensive care to patients ranging in age from newborn through adolescence. PNPs practice in primary care settings and manage both acute and chronic conditions with a focus on disease prevention, health promotion, diagnosis, treatment, and management of care. Our Doctor of Nursing Practice DNP program graduates are prepared to work with patients and healthcare organizations to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
