Overview and Program Learning Outcomes
The Ethics and Leadership major integrates Religious Studies and Philosophy with Business-focused coursework to develop ethically grounded, culturally competent leaders. Students will examine religious, philosophical, and ethical frameworks while gaining practical skills in management, organizational behavior, and decision-making. Religious Studies and Philosophy courses provide the moral and intercultural foundation for ethical leadership, while Business courses strengthen professional capacities in strategic thinking, communication, and organizational management. The program culminates in professional development through an internship and a capstone experience linking ethical reflection with real-world leadership practice. Graduates will be prepared for leadership roles in business, nonprofit, education, and community organizations where ethical vision and practical expertise intersect.
Upon completion of the Ethics and Leadership program, students will be able to:
