Couples, Family Systems, and Human Sexuality

This course explores topics such as couples, family systems, sexuality, intimacy, gender, sexual behavior, sexual disorders, and sexual coercion to provide students with knowledge and understanding of theoretical frameworks and clinical approaches to human sexuality, couples, and family systems. Individual, couples, and family systems perspectives of behaviors and consequences, and its impact on treatment and interventions will be examined.
