Description

Students learn the purpose of marketing research and how to conduct a market research project. The class explores traditional types of research designs, as well as ethno-graphic and digital/analytical approaches to research. Ethical issues related to the practice of market research are also covered. Concurrent enrolment in COM 437 and COM 437L is required. Prerequisites: MKT 301.
