Description
This seminar explores the most current and pressing challenges in management practice today,
emphasizing critical analysis and problem-solving skills. Students will learn to analyze
organizations and systems, develop creative breakthrough solutions, and navigate obstacles that
hinder implementation. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and real-world
applications, students will refine their ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives
and lead teams toward innovative solutions that minimize organizational risk. The course
features guest speakers, mentoring opportunities, and professional portfolio development to
