Description
This course explores the principles and practices of employee training and development in
organizations. Students will learn how to assess training needs, design effective programs, and
apply instructional methods based on adult learning principles. Topics include training methods,
employee development strategies, budgeting, and evaluation of training effectiveness. Emphasis
is placed on aligning training initiatives with organizational goals and workforce needs.
Prerequisites: MGT-306, MGT-401
