Description
This course will introduce Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) delivery in PK-12 schools, with a focus on targeted mental health counseling interventions at each tier. Students will explore evidence-based practices and strategies for addressing the mental health and emotional needs of students within the MTSS framework. The course will cover the principles and theories related to mental health interventions, as well as the application of critical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making in the development and implementation of targeted counseling interventions. Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support the
