This course provides an exploration of individual and group behavior within organizations,
focusing on how human behavior influences organizational effectiveness. Students will examine
key concepts in organizational structure, leadership, motivation, communication, culture, and
change, integrating insights from psychology, sociology, and social psychology. Emphasis is
placed on developing a systematic approach to evaluating and improving workplace behavior to
