Family, School, and Com Partnerships

Students will learn about the principles and research related to family systems, and evidence-based strategies to support positive family influences on children and adolescent learning and mental health. Students will be introduced to developing student support services that respond to culture and context. They will apply theory to practice as they are exposed to the dynamics of facilitating family, school, and community partnerships to enhance academic and social-behavioral outcomes for PK-12 students.
