Description

This course provides an in-depth examination of the change management process, focusing on
strategies for initiating, leading, and implementing organizational change. Students will explore
various change management frameworks and techniques, develop strategies to manage change,
and learn the importance of effective communication and stakeholder engagement. The course
emphasizes the challenges and burdens of managing major organizational change and aims to
provide students with the tools to lead change successfully. Special attention will be given to
deepening students’ understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with being an
effective change advocate and collaborating with others to create successful change outcomes.
