Transformational Leadership

Transformational Leadership begins with recognizing and understanding one’s own giftedness in the image of Christ to authentically respond to opportunities to serve and lead for the greatest good of the world. Building upon the servant leadership examples of biblical leaders, Chaminade’s Marianist founders and other contemporary Christian models, this course is designed to equip students with the purpose-centered skills, principles, attitudes and practiced experience needed to become transformational leaders of tomorrow in service to the Church, parish and communities we serve. This is three credit course.
